One routine from breakfast to after training

Formula 1 takes care of a rushed breakfast or another planned meal. Protein Drink Mix brings 15 g protein per serving into your day whenever you need it. Rebuild Strength is there after strength training, with 25 g protein and carbohydrate per 50 g serving.

Suggested active-day routine

• Morning: a Formula 1 shake as a convenient meal, prepared as the label of your chosen flavour directs.
• Protein Drink Mix: mix one 28 g serving with 250 ml cold water as a protein drink, or add it to a Formula 1 shake where the label allows.
• Formula 2: take the Men or Women tablets with a meal, at the dose shown on the label.
• Oat Apple Fibre: mix one 6.8 g serving into 150 ml water, or stir it into one of your shakes.
• Herbal Aloe: shake the bottle, then mix one 15 ml serving with water as directed on the label and drink it through the day.
• After strength training: mix one 50 g serving (5 scoops) of Rebuild Strength with 250 ml water and drink it after your session, as the label directs.

On rest days

Keep using Formula 1, Protein Drink Mix, Herbal Aloe, Oat Apple Fibre and Formula 2 as part of your normal plan. Rebuild Strength is the sports element of the pack and is designed for use after exercise. If weight management is also one of your goals, decide clearly which meals Formula 1 replaces within an energy-controlled diet.
