What are HerbaPoints?
HerbaPoints are store credit earned on paid product purchases. 200 HerbaPoints are worth exactly £1.
How you earn them
Paid product purchases earn HerbaPoints: a share of your product spend comes back as store credit. The standard rate depends on your shop, and selected promotions or purchases may earn more. It is not a fixed rate for every order.
How you use them
Use part of your balance at checkout, or save it for a larger discount later. You can use up to 50% of eligible product value; delivery is not included.
When are points used?
Points are only consumed after a successful payment. A failed or cancelled payment does not consume them.
Coming later
We plan to introduce extra bonuses for customers who save their credits, and bonus credits may be offered on selected purchases. These are not available yet and are not guaranteed.
